I am experiencing the same thing. I have a week and a half to two weeks between projections. I am working on this though. []

P.S. I don't see it as energy recovery, but skill level. Thinking of it as energy recovery seems like an implied limit to me.

about every day, some times i dont, but i would guess around 4 or so obe per week.

Mine seem to come about aweek or so before the full moon, sometimes three or four in a night, so i don't know about a recovery period.the quality seems to relate more to my state of mind and awareness at the time they happen.If I feel overly tired or sick they don't seem to happen.

Fair question.
My OBEs usually come in a series, sometimes 2 or more on a single night. Then follows a long period of inactivity. Don't know why that is. One reason is that I do not meditate or practice projection induction often enough.

oh hey, my technique is very simple, wake up after 6hrs sleep, go back to bed 5mins latter, and lay down facing upwards, shuteyes, thats it and i am out.

hmmm... I've heard lot about that method. I think I'll try it. None of the other have worked yet.

My projections have often been varied in terms of timing, etc.  I often can't have them in consecutive days.  I was just curious if with experienced and beginner projectors alike there was any "energy recovery" period that a person experiences before they can project again.  I've noticed a week or two between my projections.
