i woke up at about 4 am so i decided to a wild. i was lying still  looking for hipnogogic
then, i decidid to protend i was in a dream and  do what i would do in a dream, then i
would say im still lucid over and over again and about 30 mintues later. i was  in sleep polarsis then i was standing there in a dream and decidid to run down the street. it fealt like it was  just like this wolrd.im typing on my mobile
