Hello!

Last night I woke up and I remember thinking that I just had a very important dream. I thought to myself that it was very important to remember it, but I totally forgot the most of it. I only remember the location of a dream. I wonder if there is any way to recall more details?

I'd be grateful for some hints.

Thanks!

Lionheart

With me, the full recall is only there for the first minute or so after i awaken, unless it is something extremely profound, then it will be with me all day. I guess you could ask yourself tonight to relive what you missed. Ask to awaken so you can remember in full recall, so you can log the experience into your Dream Journal. Start at the one scene you do remember, like the location and work on from there. I ask myself to do this every night and most mornings I will have full recall of the last Dream sequence. I don't really want to awaken every night after every single Dream, I think that would be too much to handle. If it was an important "message", you will get it again anyways.
Good Luck and Safe Travels!  :-)

I also agree with Lionheart. One more thing, don't forget to write it into dream journal.

Hi,
Find a boring job during the afternoon. When in autopilot mode keep going but think of your dream. The missing bits can come back well this way. Have paper ready as breaking autopilot mode to write you'll start to forget again.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.
