Hello im posting again possible obe

lately ive been try to project all of it i dint have any sucess i tried idoser bwgen well my first Hemi-sync was the Robert Monroe  hemi-sync Gateway expiriance
ive listen it for a while i keep listeing first few mp3  trying fallow the directions of course i started felling very difrent when listening the tapes  and it's was cool
so after listening few mp3 the begining ones some times i just try to relax with out tapes and time to time ive will seee images pop in my head well i was thinking of my work what i did
some times ive seen some like picture like images float in front my eyes  and some tiems i will seee when i get those paterns of greeen yellow blue ligts in the darkness of my eyes
they will move like some kind of fluid.
Sorry my english is bad but im going to ged classes to learn how to wright properly and i try to post everything i get unsuale
so today i woke from phone call and spent like one hour just watch some tv and i decide just go back and take more sleep i was thinking about OBE  like after start liseting Robert monroe
ive start notice lets say not all the time but more often when i wake early  and just do some work and like at afternoon il take a nap during the nap il get vabrations most of the time is random but some times i can tell im dreaming and i told my self this is a dream and i want to obe  and i would fell start from the chest il get feeling of vabration and i kind get my awake in my mind il try get up and it's hard
and i go back to today sorry so i went take a nap some idk with point some thing crazy happend all teh sudeen i start floating towars my computer and then i thik to my self im having an obe so i start floating to the  kitchen  were we go door i got the door and i just tried go trough the door and it was solid and i tried turning the door knob it's seems was locked and i turn the lock on it and it open ive seen some sky i spet outisde the house and i think in my mind i want to see my sister with is far away. and bam i was back in my room i tought i wake up
and well i was like darn i just woke up  so i sit infront of my computer it had webpage open so i google some thing  and bam it's was a dream  so i had soem dream after that and i woke up
but on the way to kitchen i flet like my body was swaying side to side was it dream or partial obe

What you described sounds like an OBE. Especially because you felt vibrations. Those vibrations usually happen just before an OBE begins.
The other possibility is that you had a false awakening . (A false awakening is where a person believes that they are awake but are really still in a dream.) I think that the false awakening is very unlikely, however, and that you probably did have an OBE.
