Hi everyone! I've been practicing entering a trance deep enough to oobe and I seem to be heading the right way however I do have a problem.
I find it considerably easy to induce a trance state below the neck but I can't seem to extend it to my head!
It comes to a point where I am paralysed and feel myself floating, except in my head...
At this point, I had to focus my falling techniques solely on my head for it to start working a little bit. I even imagined putting all of my body weight over my head and pushing it down into the deep darkness. Doing that has some effect but I still feel a lot of resistance and after 1 hour trying, I still can't get my head deep enough into trance.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Any solutions?

Thanks in advance :)

Hi Alice, try to start over your head. Meaning, when you feel the onset of vibrations or paralysis kicking in, immediately put your focus 1 foot over your head. You will find this will help you bypass your head totally. If you wish you can create a visual of an orb or pyramid floating over your head just to help you keep focus there. You can even try to reach it with your Astral/Energy hands. This too helps a well.
Good Luck and Safe Travels!  :-)

Trance is a state of consciousness, not a feeling. There can be feelings associated with it, but trance itself is not located in a certain part of the body, though relaxation can be. I would guess that you're not properly relaxed, which is why you're not deep enough into trance. Maybe you should spend more time with relaxation techniques, especially for the head. Once your body is relaxed enough and sensory input slows down, then your trance should deepen.
