So I've been learning about astral travel for about thre days and last night at nine I attempted it last night first I turned off my radio dimmed my lights  then I layed down on my backing my bed under a light blanket and started meditating focusing on my breathing. I did this for about thirty minutes until I blacked out and then I guess "came back" and was aware of what was happening my body felt all like tingling or vibrating especially my arms and my visions was all white I was a little freaked out because I didn't know what to do next and slowly my vision turned black and I was aware if my body again and awake. I tried again with the same results but not as strong. So can some one tell me what happened was I on the right path ? What am I supposed to do to start the astral travel? I've heard that you are supposed to find a door but all I saw was white.

Hi,
You need to read lots more info so you can work with a system that appeals to you. Have a read here.

There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

Stay the course, you are doing fine. Just keep practicing and you will find you will traverse futher and further each time. But, make sure you keep a Journal on your progress and log your results, no matter how minuscule you may find them to be.
Allow what happens to happen. If you see a door go through it. If you see a white wall of mist, create an intent to get closer to it, to enter it. We can help people get there, but once you do, it is up to you to navigate your own path.
Good Luck and Safe Travels!  :-)

Yes that's what happened I saw a white wall if mist but when I tried focusing on it i came back to the real world and saw my eyelids and my whole body was numb and kindof vibrating was I doing it right? Is their anything I can do to improve my success rate?

Word of advice never use the term "real world" because you are programming your mind to not accept it as a reality
