Felt people deaths in dream!!! Unbelievable pain!

I was near the entrance of a subway station,many cops were chatting around me,and I knew that a train was about to crash at the last stop,the station below us.I asked the cop next to me "Can we do anything to save them?" and he said "Why bother they will become one with the force any second now!" in a matter of fact voice.Then a great explosion shook the road below me and I heard hundreds of screams,and then the worst pain I've ever experienced seized my hearth!Like I was feeling all of their deaths!Like thousands of needles!I got hysterical and began to scream "NO NOOO I DONT WANT TO FEEL THISS!!!! and I woke up in  a false awakening where I went to tell my grandmother what was happening,and second later I was awake in bed.It was so real physical pain!I never want to feel that again!

I think the cop was joking star wars style cuz I'm a big fan but the pain was fo bloody real!

Hi,
I know this too, unfortunately for too many the incidents happened several days later.
Lets hope it stays as a dream, the thing becoming reality is a smack in the emotional part of you thats never really forgot.

 Dreams like this caused me to learn the act of "Rescripting". I saw the disaster before me unfold, felt the carnage and suffering, but thought I was helpless. This was just my "self" using an emotional scenario to awaken my consciousness and it worked to perfection. Then I learned to go back and replay the scenario over and over again until it finally had better results. Sometimes I had to live it over and over again all night long, until I could finally change it to my liking. This is when I finally started to understand the "hero" dreams I have always had.

I have also experienced that type of dream and I can understand what type of pain you felt after this dream.

 I found that after having one of these Dreams, my entire day is ruined. I just walk around kind of in a "fog" all day. Even though you realize it was just a Dream, it still has a very strong emotional response that isn't shaken easily.

Nah My grandma is not a believer.I've been here for like 3 years(at my grandparents home)And she dont really like to listen paranormal stuff.
