Yes yes! It's kinda funny soemtimes because I'll be bored in Social Studies (that room has an awesome environment for energy training, I have no idea why) and I'll be gathering energy and stuff. Then randomly I'll freak out the kid behind me by convulsing a little, liek I just had an electric shock or something. It's a little hard to describe.

Squeek: the first Matrix is on my list of the top coolest movies ever in the history of existence. This is kinda freaky, we like all identical stuff. (Crawling is good too, by the way (Linkin Park in case I just confused you).)

I think I would enjoy being insane for a little while. I say this with all seriousity. ([

Rewind: when did I ever say I was good? I think I've helped other people a lot more than made progress myself as far as energy development goes. [|)] Unfortunately.

I know a ki flame is a method for raising your energy. I've heard that you feel the energy in your tantien thingy (energy center, I can't feel it at all, more like rivers going every which way in my body) and make it explode outward or catch on fire or something. I'm not quite sure. If you PM (Private Message) auraseer I'm sure he'll tell you all about it. If he doesn't he has a website somewhere or other where he posted his method for it.

i am new to learning ki and am only practicing the ki ball and when i do the ki ball it happens in under a minute and when i think it happening i feels like two postivly charged magnets pushing off each other is this normal and does anyone else get it and i was wondering does your physcial strength have anything to do with your amount of energy or does your physcial strength affect your ki in anyway?

oh yeah u asked what a ki flame was. a ki flame is a powering up technique that is useful when u need to last long with your power it invovles: taking energy from any source like the earth or the sun or the moon and then have the energy flow through your inner and outter body then have the energy and fill your arua in the shape of a flame but keep the energy moving. and thats all ya gotta do i have neva tried it but i will be trying it when i learn how to ground

Holy crap! I just read all thirteen pages of this. Wow.

Somewhere back in the 7-9 ish range, some dude was skeptical about ki and all that good stuff. I must say, I agree. Though i am still an active participant. Most of this can be scientifically explained. For example, the aura sight, (i have read on every sight i went to, that if you look at a red cup, your most likely to see a yellow aura etc.) can be explained by the trichromatic color theory of sight. That is, every color, has an opposite. Like red-yellow, blue - green, black - white, crap like that. An experiment you can try, is hold a pendulum of some sort. Be very still, and concentrate very hard on making it swing or move. It will! The explanation, is that your sub concious mind, is denying the feeling of moving or tensing your arm or hand muscles, and allowing this to move without you being concious of any active movement. You could easily apply this to ki balls, ki flames, powering up, etc. The human mind is a tricky thing. IT TRICKS YOU! But none the less, with all my scientific evidence, I still do this. Why? I cant say. Well, there was my soap box for the day.

For the dude who wants instant gratification, try the aura sight. So easy! Search google for learn aura sight and you will find some pretty good sights.

Visualisation is good, I have used it for a year and I have had to work hard at it. However, recently I finally bought Bruce's N.E.W energy ways. I must say I am absolutly astounded. When I first tried the basic exercises given they worked within about 15 seconds. Although I am maybe a bad example as I have been working with energy for a year (through visualisation) This system is one of the best I have heard of so give it a try.

You seem too impatient if you don't mind me saying, but if you want a brief description of N.E.W, here goes. If you rub the area where your thumb joins the hand, in a clockwise circlular direction, then stop and imagine the feeling still going when you've stopped. After about a minute you may feel a pulsating or tickling feeling, this is a secondary energy centre. Now that should whet your apetite, if you want more read up on it, get the book etc. And don't be so impatient!

Bagel_God: Sorry if I'm making a fool of myself with the little knowledge I have, but didn't Einstein PROVE that all anything is is energy? That's probably wrong, but I figured I'd mention it anyway. (Also: someone asked my science teacher a while back what energy is [we were studying atoms] and she couldn't answer their question. Hmmm...maybe that's because...nobody knows?)

Soden: I'll go out on a limb again - have you tried EVERYTHING? Music? NEW? Umm...whatever else is supposed to help energy? There's a lot of advice here geared towards people like you.

Dude those are not real pictures. They are flashlights or something man. a real ki ball's color depends on the persons attitude and feelings and from the look of it the ball should've been red or purple maybe blue. And ki ball's would never glow that bright, only with like 50 years of trainging. You should have used a 30 watt bulb and not a 75.
