Ha... this particular aspect was the start of my 'transformation' last year. Seeing myself. We spoke a great length and it changed me.

Strange coincidence (?) as I read this today, but tonight in a short, hectic and rather bizarre projection I was seeing a double of mine by my side. It might be that it injected sth into me with a syringe or just held my arm and said sth, not sure, I was not at my highest lucidity then, maybe it tried to make me more 'awake'?

Not quite in the exact-same physical sense as the story... but everytime you meditate, this is what you're doing.  You're visiting yourself for a one-on-one.
