and i just no how i did it to. you just keep moving  the lightes in the darkness. i kept noticing when i move the lights  and then stop and look for images if you see one.donte prefome an exit method. just keep moving the lightes again keeping doing it youl 360 shift in to the moving images. sorry about my spelling im tying on my mobile at 1:30 am

Do you mean that you conscioussly move the lights you see on the back of your eyelids untill you phase into the images that you identify?
