Strobe lights?

hello  nay,  i have the strobe effect  usually  everynight when i lay down to  meditate,  unfortunatly i cant stay with it either,  i  get to excited and it goes.


for some reason  it  goes  away naturally anyway over  time even when i seldom remain calm.

in astral dynamics Robert  says  this is the generation of the "vision screen"  with a steady flow of energy  going  through  the  3rd eye chakra.

Apparently its a good thing as it  shows  clairevoyant potential.

I assume  when it stops strobing, the vision screen has been generated.

Maybe I should focus my attention away from my body at this time?
Because I did notice when the strobe started I focused even harder on it...then of course it got real intense and couldn't handle it.
my eyes kinda felt like that were moving around too...

Do you mean the really bright "flash".. or the swirling white?  The flash always startles me ive only had it twice i can remember.. the first time it felt like someone slapped my forhead. literally.. so of course i snapped out of the trance.  The second just surprised me..

But the swirling lights do turn into images and I think after a few of the strobes sometimes you'll get this fluid instead.  Im not sure though.. but for me the bright flash doesn't happen enough for me to practice "going with it".

From what I know about this strobe effect is that the more it happens the less intense they should become, and then they become fluid and transform into the "vision screen."

I have experienced the swirling lights lots, but the strobe is exactly that...really bright strobe light, right in front of my eyes.

Cyro-I got a slight headache once. (I was out of my body but was REAL heavy so I was straining and straining) I was told not to strain like that....it was so hard not to, I wanted to get up and explore!

Yes I know what the strobe effect is and like I said I had it twice.  Once it felt like someone slapped my forhead right when it happened and the next was like a flash.  

Some people use the terms interchangibly.  So wanted to see which you meant.  Over time I have gotten less of the bright light effect and more swirling that turn into images and scenes.  My point was I think they're related.  Since after the strobe you're supposed to get images and you get them in the swirling.  They are somehow related I just dont know how.  

I think fat turkey may be right.

Hey All,

Last night I experienced some SERIOUS Strobe like lights, I have seen lights before, but this was really intense!  I tried to stay with it, but couldn't.  

Any advise?
