and how long do you do your technique for ?

LoLmart

I wake up in the morning and within half a minute, usually not more than 15 seconds - I am out of my body. Never been consciously in sleep paralysis. I have always moved when I wanted. I use the mobile phone technique with both my palms and if it doesn't work I may try exiting through my third eye or using the swimming technique. I have only exited my body with the mobile phone and third eye exit technique and a random one that is too hard to explain. I have difficulty with the rope technique cause I always do it too fast or too slow. I can't climb, that's all lol.

When you wake up, without moving (you can move your eyes and you can also breath :) ) you imagine a mobile phone in your hand and you have to start feeling it. Create the feeling of a cell phone in one of your palms and start concentrating more and more energy there. Move the energy through the fingers that touch the mobile phone and also emphasise on the whole feeling of a solid real mobile phone in your hand. At one point you will transfer your awareness to your astral hand and then your whole astral body.

when i find myself in the vibration state i try to relax and just float out. but then i experience difficulties in doing this, feeling like im being held back or heaviness ive thought about that song by R. Kelly - "I believe i can fly" and that made the progress a lot easier :)

I just sort of flip into it now when I lay down... sometimes accidentally though. :)

For the first few years when I was starting I used to have a short nap in the evening then when I was in bed later on I would think of a word or sound and repeat it in my head... after a short while the word or sound would take on a life of its own and suddenly get loud.. then my ears would rumble intermittently and Sleep Paralysis would quickly creep over me.

Then I would do whatever to get out. I did realise that rather than try to actually navigate through the atmosphere so to speak, float out or roll out... It would be better to pick a place to be and intend myself there... Like point and click. I use the rope method sometimes.

Sometimes and most recently though I 'phase'.

I think I have probably used all the methods at all the times... night, middle of the night.. morning.. mid-day.

They all work.

Astralsuzy

I have done a variety of methods to ap.  The method that I have been using for a while is, I breath and relax my body all at once.  I do that for a short while and I slip out of my body.  I do not want to rely on just one method.  It is a good idea to have a variety of methods to ap.

ChopstickFox

The only time I've had success on command is in the mornings after waking up. I lay there and become aware that I've lost feeling and am all vibration-y (for lack of a better word) then I either feel myself floating up, sinking through my bed, or I roll out of my body.

I've tried techniques, but at least for now it seems to happen whenever my body feels like it. Spiffy.
Take to the sky, feeling so alive! Past the clouds to the Milky Way, share our secrets with the starry brigade. The stars surround us like a million fireflies. For once I see infinity... it's in your eyes.

Dreamshards

Basically the same as chopstickfox. In the morning time when I decide to go back to bed for a little snooze I start dozing off. My whole body goes numb and I feel like I'm slowly sinking through the bed or falling but not in a scary way. I then find myself in the astral. None of this requires any real effort from my part and I haven't had any success leaving my body at different times unless it is through a lucid dream.
