An experience in the OBE world

Hey again everyone,

Last night I had an OBE and there are some things that i am still wondering about. Things that doesnt seem to add up.

This time my intent was to find a guide or someone that could answer some questions, help me. After the separation, which went smoother than usual, i floatedd out and landed by the foot of my bed. My room almost looked the same as my physical one this time, except for an extra desk in the corner. So i tried to call for my guide, first verbally but then i remembered that ive read on the forum that i should do it emotionally. So i did. However, nothing happened. No change in the environment, no voices, no apparition. So i thought that i should try to calling from outdoors, away of my small crowdy bedroom. So I went thorugh the bedroom window expecting to come out of the appartment but to my surprize i ended up somewhere completely different.

My current location is in China since im attending a oneyear language study here, but what appeared to me now was the view from my parents home's veranda in over the neigh boorhood. They live in Sweden. It was a beautiful summer day, green birch trees and a beautiful blue sky with some clouds. The view was crystalclear and amazingly real. To examine the world more closely i picked a green leaf from one of the trees to examine it. To my astonishment all details were there: small miscoloured stains of yellow and brown, small holes after insect bites, the tiny fibrers. i allowed myself to think about that a minute ago i had been in my bed in China trying to induce an OBE and now i was home. At least so it seemed. Unfortunately i lost my OBE state here since i thought of my physical body in bed.

But anyways it was cool.

So my questions are:

Why did i end up in thousands of km away and not outside my appartment when I went through the window? If im in the RTZ shouldnt be an almost exact copy of the physical world?
Why was it summertime considering it is now wintertime?
How was I able to pick a leaf from the tree? According to what ive read i should be able to manipulate the OBE world, or am i wrong?

I was wondering if you were in China! I have lived there for some time in Beijing and will be returning soon!

I have not had OBE's there before, but the last time I was there I never attempted. I certainly will be trying when I return, though!

Even right here in the US, I have left from my apartment and ended up somewhere completely different. Once I left my body and discovered that I was in my Dad's house, 50 miles away. I have found myself in China, Hawai (don't know how valid that is, but it has matched with maps), and possibly even Micronesia, but it's all just a thought away, or rather, even a subconscious thought away. That's part of what is so amazing.

It's not that the astral world is a duplicate of the physical world. Throw out any conceptions that the astral world is like the physical one. I'm really not the best at explaining, but the limitations of the physical world aren't there in the astral. I'm sure others will be able to explain better because I'm so bad with wording things... But it is certainly beyond possible to leave your body in China and find yourself somewhere completely different.

What you had was a really good nonphysical experience. You were in a clear and concise version of your reality. Your bedroom where you are is your local living space and logically follows on from a perceived projection... at a profound level... there is no bedroom. The one you sleep in is just a constrained version of a construct. The one you experienced while OOB was just as real... it just wasn't constrained in the same manner (time and space being practically nonexistent as a palpable ruleset) as the physical version. The leaf you picked is a very good indication of how profoundly real the nonphysical is. The only difference is that you are a human bound to this physical ruleset reality and so will only experience the nonphysical from this reality.

A RTZ experience doesn't allow interaction. You are in essence a point of consciousness navigating through the information that IS the physical construct. You cant pick a leaf and your vision isn't all that good.
Your bedroom is a logical next step environment when you perceived that you separated because you are expecting it to be. Your parents home (maybe your old home) and its surroundings are probably more hardwired into your subconscious than where your apartment is in China. Maybe this is the construct your nonphysical self lives in because you are so far away from home. It is a comfort. But realise that distance is NOT real in the nonphysical.. movement is a complete illusion and THOUGHT = REALTY.

You can manipulate it to some degree... the degree to which you were manipulating it was the illogical locales that you experienced. You could pick the leaf from the tree because there was a leaf... and a tree. It is just data... just information... as is a tree in this reality. The nonphysical is constrained and has its own rulesets.

I have created a lightsaber and sliced down a tree... the tree was real... it burned and acted exactly as a tree would act were it to be slashed by a light sabre. After I walked away and then looked back at the tree... the tree was back to normal.

The manipulation in this experience was the lightsaber... the tree was constrained within the nonphysical ruleset... I didn't manipulate it.

"Why was it summertime considering it is now wintertime?"

All the above answers and musings should answer that question.

thanks for the encouragement guys! its hard to put down in words how awesome universe became just lately ill def continue my discoveries.

@ChopstickFox: Thats nice beijing is a cool city. Yes ive been here for a year now, in Qufu, shandong studying kungfu and chinese. and also in a way astral projection haha. Yes i guess that i just have to stop expecting it to be somewhat like the physical world and just "empty the cup" (to put it in terms of kungfu heh)

@bedekeen: its SOOOOOO cool!!:D But I think ill have to read your post a few times over and over before ill grasp it somewhat. Like you said its quite profound, big questions like what is real and what is consciousness and all that stuff. I think it just has to take its time before i rly get it. So then if it was not an RTZ projection it was a AP? Hehe i should try that lightsaber thing. seems pretty awesome.
Any suggestions why no guide showed up?

Guides can be invisible to you and they usually appear in a pleasant format. Somewhere familiar with a good feel to it where you feel safe and in a form that gives.nothing to worry you.
You were already at a nice location, maybe with a little more time there a meeting would have took place.
