did I leave my body ?

Hi. So first I will try to make it short. I tried al techiniques and none worked I like to make my own realm but I can't do it cuz I can't leave my body then I was on youtube listening to epic war songs while sitting on coach and staring at the ground and I got the I dea to visualize that I'm in my own realm while in war with normal humans ( I'm a ninja ) and then I had this strong feeling that if I sleep now I will leave my body and I didn't want to cuz I don't want to leave my bdy at night cuz I'm scared to see bad entities but I ignored that feeling and voice cuz I just wanted to go sleep and can't resist so I did and I woke up near my apartment window ( I live in floor 28 ) so when I realized I'm out of my body I rotated foreword thru te window and out the building so I got scared and closed my eyes and crouched my self and in second or less I was back in my body and I woke up but couldn't move cuz I was paralyzed so I went to sleep.  So guys was that an out of body experience ?! Or what and what was that feeling.  Sorry for my vad english. And I'm new so sorry if I did something wrong

Wow... erm... you seem to be avoiding all the issues you need to face in the long run.

Maybe you need to make it longer than short.

You seemed to lose consciousness find yourself 'out of body' then attempted to float out through your window but lost the nerve then flipped back to your physical consciousness whilst still in Sleep Paralysis then went to sleep.

Fear is the ending process most of the time. If you are frightened of flying... don't fly. You don't need to fly when nonphysical... you can walk about as normal or float close to the ground.

You didn't necessarily do anything wrong because you achieved the right state... and there's no need to apologise.

Also... try not to obsess about creating your own realm because you are already in it... all the time.

body'. So do you mean I'm leaving my body but losing consciousness and if I am losing it how can I prevent that. And thank you for replying

First off Ninjas aren't scared of anything, lol. Well maybe other Ninjas.  

You want to go to the NPR/Astral to create war and you think the NPR is scary. Leave the wars here on this physical plane. The NPR can be a place of peace and tranquility that you can visit to escape all the real time horrors of our realm here.

You have a trip to the low frequency locales. Your interptetation of war will change. Guns and physical power by themselves mean absolutely nothing and are useless against anything but yourself.
Take your hate and anger there, you'll learn something you need to in a few seconds.
It should be dark and foggy when you're in the right place. It might be your lucky day.....or not.

Lol I know.  I won't go make war.   But there was a post abt creating realm and attaching it in object and we u enter the object from the astral u will go to realm and create anything.     
Before I was front the window I was laying on my back listening to the epic music.

If you like that music thats ok. If you want to create a realm then you have a great deal to learn first. A baby can't run in the Olympics.
Read lots so you get a feel of what its like. It sounds like you are still learning the art and have to take things step by step.
The first question is have you ever been successful in getting to a non physical locale?
If so how many times were you in total control of yourself? ( wide awake and aware of your surroundings).

You have to prepare yourself to face many issues if you are going to do some experiences.

I think I never astral projected Successful I always lose councessnes I only did lucid dreams so manyyyy times.    And why u guys think I will have issues ?

Try to understand, the thoughts you have will manifest.
Apply some fear of the unknown.
This is the issue. It will become apparent when successful.

Welcome There's nothing to be afraid of. Sometimes that can be the hardest part.

I like to think... that we're "successful" all the time. So what, whatever you choose to call something whether you call it a dream or an astral projection, it's all about the experience. Experiment, see what comes of it, but above all just enjoy and know that you are safe no matter what you call it, dream or otherwise.
