i totally agree, the brain method is very effective. it was one of the first methods i ever had any succes with. altough it can be a bit disturbing if your not ready/expecting the sensations it causes.

I did Franks brain method and i must say i was extremely impressed by its effectiveness. i used it and found if i rolled my eyes slightly upwards my physical body started going numb. suddenly i was engrossed in the blackness with images appearing then a energy felt as if it was building in my fet it started to pass through my body (not the vibrations as i have felt in previous spontainious obes)they felt like they were growing for about 10 seconds and then just weakend and faded. i think it was because i got too excited but any other info as to why you thourght i failed would be greatly apprciated1[] oh yhear and this tech is definately the best ive come across so far this hole thing only took 5-10 minutes!!!
