"you create everything"

Here's something that's been on my mind. Lately I have heard from many people my reality is me creating everything. Everything in this 3D reality system.

Other beings I talk to? I create.

The trees, the grass, the sky, the stars. I create.

James holmes the guy who shot a bunch of people at the premier of the dark knight rises I created.

The sandy hook shooting, I must have created.

This makes absolutely no sense to me at all.

Therefore I am creating each and everyone of your replies to me. I am creating all of you...

Can some elaborate on this? Lots have people have been saying this lately and I just don't get it.

 I think it's time that you calmed down and enjoyed life more. You seem to question everything with some kind of a Paranoid point of view.

Just live it now and when you get much older, you can question what you have experienced then.  

Just "go with the flow" for now. You will live a much happier existence that way!

Agreed.

But as for your questoin it's not just your creation. We are just co creators of our universe. We are all connected, meaning we are all creating this reality and everything along side of The Source. The Source, The Creator, or God if that's what you want to call IT, is the one that has created and made this all possible. We have just choose to play this game to come experience, evolve, and rediscover our connection with The Source.

But like Lionheart said don't worry to much about it. Go with the flow. Being the creator won't make since in a 3D reality, our brains weren't made to comprehend that. Once we move into a higher state of consciousness, only then you'll start to understand what it means to be a co creator. Until then though, questioning higher dimensional truths from a 3D state of mind will only create fear and anxiety. I've been there before don't worry. I'm sure we all have

Well... the ones on this planet are. Is a theoretical Zeta Reticulan life form having a human-physical experience? I doubt it. There are many other lifeforms in this reality that also participate in its co-creation. I think 'human' is short sighted... relevant but ultimately very small thinking... not meaning small thinking of YOU Xanth or that you personally are short-sighted. just our claim that HUMAN is the be all and end all.

You can definitely expand that thought to every living creature in this entire universe.  I was thinking just 'us' when I posted that.  lol

It is interesting that we internalise and externalise as thinking ourselves exclusively human... THIS existence in this constrained reality is the only thing that gives us this illusion.... and allusion. We are only human at this moment in time.

I can't say I feel 'human' when I am nonphysical... or rather it's not relevant.

I find when I am in the NPR, I am just pure consciousness.

I don't necessarily need a body, until I try to interact with others.

I am just seeing from a point of view, no body. I am just there.

That's pretty much my perspective, even while having a dream experience.
I don't usually have a "body" in dreams.

Lionheart- BAHhh I know. I always do this! Constant worrying and questioning. 
PS: I know what you mean about not having a "body" in OBE's. MY first OBE I definitely had a body and it looked ghostly. Once I started learning I don't even need a body I was just a point of consciousness. It's been like that ever since. It just goes to show what you believe, and what is comfortable for you will manifest itself.

I actually use a body quite often. It's probably the reason I don't get illness or that I recover from injury... confusingly for the doctors.

I came to the conclusion that I fix developing illness by rejiggling my nonphysical body to re-align my physical. It's an aspect I haven't really talked about on forums.

Little story... that involves a creation of reality so it's still on topic.

I broke my hand once. My 4th metacarpal on my right hand. I fell down the stairs and mid air tried to grab the nearest thing... i.e. the radiator. Instead I punched the rimmed edge of the radiator. Ouch.

So they rushed me to hospital and I had surgery.

The first thing that happened is that as soon as I came around from the general anaesthetic I instantly flipped into SP. It was a trippy on.. but it did consist of me constantly obsessing about the intense vibratory pain in my right hand. I knew then or had worked out that the vibrations were partial neurone communication rather than some magical astral thing.

I got up from the GE and went to the nurses station to ask for food. She quickly lept up form her seat "Mr Phillips... lay down you just came out of major surgery." I was like... I'm ok and I'm starving. She insisted that I lay down and that I would soon fall over. I was fine and managed to sneak to a vending machine. I ate like a pig. I went back to bed and once again drifted into SP. While I was there the whole night I was drifting in and out of SP.

Anyway I was told that I would need 6 weeks for the finger to heal... I would need to come in for a 3 week check up.

I went to my GP for a talk and he asked me a few bizarre questions; Have I been taking steroids... or barbiturates... also... he asked if I was taking illicit anti cancer drugs?? He knew my mum had cancer and obviously he wanted to know... Why? Because when they opened up my hand they found that my bone didn't have a cavity with which to insert the titanium pin.... it was too dense. Also on the hospital notes it said "unusually fast recovery from General Anaesthetic possible steroid use and .........." whatever it said was something to do with anti sickness. I said no and went on my way.

During the recovery period I had many OOBEs. In every one I would look at my right hand and wonder why it was like it was even though it was mangled in physical life. I could feel a tingly vibrational sensation when I moved it while out of body. I used to wake up worrying that I was moving it for real. It was during this time that my hands and basic body became solid and unchanging.

Anyhoo.. I went for my 3 week check up and Xray. I was called into the surgeons office to be greeted by 3 confused doctors. lol

They basically questioned me for about an hour showing me X-rays of my completely healed metacarpal. They were mulling about whether to take of the cast for a while. I remember them arguing about my blood pressure and insulin etc....

anyway... I healed within half the time.

This is the only time I have been to hospital in my life... I haven't been to the doctors in... erm... maybe 20 years? I can't remember when I last had a cold.

I was coming down with arthritis about 2 years ago but a profound NPR experience fixed that completely.

So I actually use a perceived body to fix myself and stay on top of the game.

Back to creating every thing , we all create the events in our lives , most people do it unconsciously .  All or most of us have repressed stuff in our subconscious that creates the bad things in our lives . Lets say one has a fear of a.p. or death , then he/she will have problems going out of body .  I have used different methods to let go of the reppresed stuff , some form books , others I have come up with . I can post some of them if asked .  desert rat
