I wanted to share this Phase session with you guys here. I try do one everyday, but normally keep the results to myself. This is one I was told to share. My method of Phasing was 30 minute Laxman session, followed by Noticing.
The scene opens up where I find myself lying on the ground. There is a beautiful sound, kind of like harmonics, different pitches, very tranquil. I look around and see large trees, beautiful flowers, birds are chirping as well. I get up and it seems like I am in some kind of Eden. The feeling in this area was total peace and tranquility. I see a path in front of me, so I follow it. It leads to a road. I walk/glide down that road until I see a big grey city in front. The closer I get to the city the quieter the harmonics are. I enter the city, there's skyscrapers everywhere. People are walking along, but they don't seem to have any emotions. It's like they are all zombies. I don't like this feeling at all. People are talking on cellphones, some are wearing headphones. I finally see a park, but the flowers are wilting, the trees look ragged. There are people sitting on a park bench, but they are on their I-Pads. I then see a glow on the ground, it looks like a new flower is coming up. Just then someone talking on a cellphone walks right over it and crushes it. Ok, I have seen enough of this. I turn around and leave this city, following the road back to the path in the woods. Now I can hear the harmony once again. All I had heard in the city was the hustle and bustle of the city. There was no music, no harmony, nothing.
I then hear some people talking and see what looks like a family camping. A cellphone goes off, but they just let it ring and continue doing what they are doing.
I hate to think of myself as a "Technophobe".  There are so many good things that Technology brings us, but the more Technical we become, the more we don't notice and appreciate the beauty and wonders of Mother Earth. In the beginning of my scenario I was lying on the ground listening to the heartbeat of the Earth. Listening to her beautiful Harmony. When I was in that city scenario, there was no song. There should be a balance, but it was badly missing. I feel there really is a war going on between the Earth and Technology. Somehow we need to find a balance between the two for them to coexist as one.
Please, next time you are outdoors, turn off your electronic chatter and take a good look at the Earth. She is a living entity as well. Appreciate what she has to share.
Thank You!  :-)

So true. I used to live in the city but couldn't stand the non-ambience. Every one of my happy childhood memories involves open countryside or coastline.

I even find bleakness, in the form of desert or cold misty moorland totally beautiful.

Nice post and advice.

You've made me want to go for a walk with the dog... but it's nearly 3:00 am.

WOW. totally get it i am blown away by your experience because I'm sure their is a battle going on many different playing fields, but my feeling is that amma is going to win keep you vibrations high. technophobe isn't what i refer to myself i just like to keep it real. lmao. but i ant nobody much love for the post though they say everybody gets a call but not everybody wakes up.
just my opinion on the issue to me it is fact to you it is only a possibility? just saying think about it.

Thanks for sharing this Lionheart... It's very true. I find myself lost every once in a while with my job, life, family, technology, relationships.. that's when I start to find myself stressed out, but it never fails ill be driving to work and see the clouds swirled over the mountains and I get this sense of peace, that's when I make a plan to drive out to somewhere I've never been or walk to the pond by my house or run through my neighborhood in the night with the stars and moon and just appreciate the earth.

I hope all of us and the earth can find hormone and balance.

Great experience, I'll admit I'm pretty addicted my smart phone, but at least I know and admit it. I still appreciate the earth though. I don't think I could ever live in the city for this reason, though I do enjoy going every once in a while to visit

The city,

The heart of the city, its pumping crude.
The oppressive stare of the hooded dude.
It screams eternal with mechanised noise,
The streets nocturnal, spew gangland boys.
The time has come to change restart,
From painted litany of the sacred heart,
Expressing itself as a light from dark
The journey, spiritual, we must embark.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

Chaki

A lone man wanders through the streets
From horns and lights his mind retreats
His thoughts are with the flowing streams
That each night occupy his dreams
The busy people looking down
Fingers typing, a slight frown
The smiling man might have no home
His spirit, though, is free to roam

Its like New York. so they named it twice. :-)

Often very curious about you're adventures seems as you're one of the few people I've seen
mention that they project on a daily basis. An Insightful experience. I'll see if I can shave some
technotime out of my day and start walking the dog more.

You must live in the city!  :-D

Szaxx

@ Ellis, I can't recall saying I do this daily. I did in the 80's and for a while in the 60's too. Must admit not all are fully aware at present but thats my choice.

Glad you like the poem. Its all my own work. Its how I feel about life living in a city. I couldn't enjoy that scene, never have and never will. City life, yuk.
Its so out of balance with nature. Its far better when non physical though, these city folk have learned something.

Oops  :-P First part of my post was directed at Lionheart, sorry for the confusion,
interesting to know you also did it daily though, since that's my current goal.

Yeah that's a brilliant poem, I instantly googled it expecting a famous poet to pop up.
Same for Chaki. Seems like there should be an Astral Pulse Poetry club  :-D
Or maybe there already is.

I just had a month off of Phasing altogether because of work distractions. But during that time my Lucid Dreams were extremely active.

Szaxx is a great Poet. He has written many Poems that can be found in threads all over this site.

Szaxx, one day you will have to gather them all and put them in one thread for us all to enjoy!  :-)

The idea is good for everyone to do the same too. Wonder where it would reside. Its not news and media. Lol.
Its an internal reflection
based on conception
of some indignation
that starts their creation.

Rofl.

It gives balance to those searching for poetic justice. No pun intended.
