white pulses on my eyes

I have seen bright white circles across the edges of my vision as well as purple type webs after having my eyes closed for at least 25 minutes. It could be related to dark adaptation. You will see even more with the help of the plants.[8D]Namely the Vine of the Dead.

When i get very angry, which rarely ever happens, my vision becomes blurry and everything seems red.

i've had that happen once.. it was an odd experience. i was *really* ticked. a 'friend' of mine was being totally brainlessly ignorant, and trying to insult me at the same time. most of the time when i'm getting near that mine my finger start twitching o.O.. i don't know what that means.. i'm usually a calm person. haven't really been mad in a good while.

sometimes when im going to sleep at night, especially after doing NEW techniques, i start seeing brief pulses of light across my eyes or eyelids (when my eyes are shut). it looks like its going around my eyes in circles, from up to down and back around again. it's not that bright, but it is completely dark in my room, and i'm pretty sure it isn't caused by after-images, etc., because of its randomness and after i've been drifting off for a while.

anybody know what this is?
