I need some advice!

This is my first post so Hi everyone!
Now, let's begin. In order to AP, I began meditating one month ago. Two weeks ago I discovered binaural beats and they helped me allot.
Now here comes the problem: After 15 minutes of listening to the beats in a relaxed state, my arms and legs start to feel numb.After another 5 to 10 minutes my whole body feels numb and I feel a strong heat inside me and my heart is pounding hard. Immediately I have a shaking sensation and after that I feel like rotating in a spiral. Now my questions are: Am I close to AP? Are these sensations what I should feel?
Am I doing something wrong?

These are all completely natural "sign posts". No need to worry.

What's happening is you are moving away from your physical focus, which in turn numbs your physical senses.

You are close, stay the course.

When I feel the way you do, I spiritually get out of my body.  If you find that hard to do, you could image you are holding onto a kite or balloons and it is pulling you up higher and higher.  You could imagine you are climbing a rope or ladder to get out of your body.  You could imagine you are floating to the ceiling, on a cloud or reaching out to go towards the door.  If you feel the way you do, it will work or it should work.

So after having this sensations all I have to do is to focus on the separation?

If you believe that is the way to separate, then yes.

I believe that when I create a focus other than on my physical body, that I have already left.

Sometimes when we try to "separate" from the body, we put too much focus "on" the body.

For now, just try getting into a good meditative state, then let what happens, happen!  :-)

Here's a tip.

When trying to AP, instead of anticipating what is gonna happen next, try to just experience the current moment. When you stop wondering where you can go, you can be amazed at where you're at.

That is right.  That is all you have to do.  A tip, you must be confident that you can do it.  Ap is a lot harder if you have any doubts that you can do it.
