Lately I have been playing around with phasing.  I usually can reach to imagery within 20-30 minutes.  I would fix my eyes ( almost cross eye ) to see as one.  However, I find this a little uncomfortable for my eyes to relax.  The images are there when I focus my eyes in the position.  Does my eyes need to be fixed at the position for this to work? Please enlighten me.

Only if you BELIEVE you have to.

Whatever you tell yourself you have to do to Phase, you will then need to do.

If it's uncomfortable, don't do it. That will definitely hinder your progress.

When I first began with AP, I experimented quite a bit.

Some of my experimenting lead to painful headaches, eye spasms and also many sleepless nights.

But, I learned from each and every one of those things. I basically learned not to do them again, lol.

You will come to a point or time, should I say, where you find it easy as just closing your eyes and shifting from here to there.

No bells or whistles needed!  :-)

But this only happens AFTER you prove to yourself that it is this way.

If something you're doing is causing you to become uncomfortable...
Do only that which is comfortable for you.  :)
