All of mine happen either at night or in the morning, usually haven't eaten within a couple hours.

I don't get very far astral-wise on a full stomach. In my experience I have to be far enough from my last meal, but not so far that my stomach is growling, or that I'm thinking of food.

Most of my OBE's in the past several months have happened when I have been slightly to fully hungry.

What is your experience? Hungry? Full? In-between?
