hey,
i dont exactly know what ur trying to say, but it seems to be that 'someone' is attacking u when u sleep??
well, i got that impression. i know of a similar thing that i saw on tv. its from the serial charmed. now dont roll ur eyes as yet. just listen me out. if it makes sense to u fine, if it doesnt then ignore this.
a very similar thing happens to one of the sisters, whenever she goes to sleep a man comes in her dreams , he tries to cause her physical harm to such an extent that he wants to kill her. finally she deals with it in this way..while she is asleep, her two sisters speak words to her saying she HAS to fight this thing. this man CANNOT take over her soul or whatever. they give in a lot of encouraging words and she finally gets control of herself IN the sleep or dream- whatever it is. and she finally fights this man.
so maybe if this made sense to u, u could ask someone to do this..

Britt,

You & I have the same problem . Attacks at night only.
Mine's a psychic vampire/black magician. I don't know
what you have, but  I understand what you say about
waking up feeling horrible. Ashleyastral seems right , that
somethings attacking you when you sleep. The Subconcious mind
is unprotected when one sleeps and open, I read. I'm in the
process of trying different things like magnetic Monopolar
magnets. They effect electromagnetic energy (which attacks
are). There's many things I want to try but some are
expensive. But I will get to them.
There's a few books telling you how to protect yourself
during sleep. I am trying several things. Something's got to work.

From the few people I've spoken with who have been under attack, we all seem to agree that the worst part usually happens at night- probably because thats when we are most vulnerable.  One thing that I've tried that seems to be working is that I play a CD called "Healing Prayers" all night long.  I got it from this website: http://www.ronroth.com/home/audio.cfm.  The theory was to program myself to be focused on God, healing, light while I was sleeping and thus make it harder to be attacked. As you probably know, the more you pay attention to the attack, the more power it has over you.  But how can you control your focus when you sleep?  I mentally focus on the tape as I'm falling asleep, and tell myself to continue to do so as I sleep. This kind of ties in with the article that Robert Bruce has on the homepage of this site 'countermeasures and wards'(under sound and music in the article).  This hasn't completely stopped the attacks - however, it has Greatly reduced them.

Hello Britt
Music really does help. I have also found that herbs between the mattress helps. Garlic in the corners of the room. The egg method by the bed. I also like sleep pillows of herbs that can be put in the pillow case of the pillow.
The area around the bed at night should be warded with a circle of blessed salt, or blessed herbs. It will also help.

Yes, here's another vote for uplifting music.

I've found the subconscious mind is often a few years behind the waking mind in terms of outlook and attitude.  You DO have a spiritual immune system, but to really get it going you need to get the elevation/refocusing of spirit down into the subconscious :)

Until then - and even onward, for we must always be growing - whatever music truly lifts you up and out of negativity and up toward holiness/peace/joy (God) may be of great service.

Hi:)

I have been through a lot of negative "attacks" earlier..Learnt that I could "remove myself" away from it all by the way I was thinking and feeling about all visions and even physical injuries.

What now confuse me is..I dont react on any negative during my awake time...but as soon as I am on my way to fall asleep..hell breaks loose...I feel a terrible horror, emotionally as well as my body hurts like hell..

I rush up..and it all goes away...

There are no nightmares..

To me this is very confusing.

Anyone have a clue?
