I awoke to my alarm at 3:00am & attempted to project, Around the hour thirty mark i started to get some obvious nonphysical sounds, For around 1 – 2 minutes I lay in a deep state of Static like buzzing building and fading in a very slow beat rhythm, Was quite relaxing.

Consciously phased and found myself laying in a bed in a bedroom very similar to mine as it is in the physical with a dim light on, I tried to get up but I couldn't... I was stuck to the bed, A very odd feeling. I new this was sleep paralysis (for the first time).

With this realisation almost immediately a dark figure in the room appeared and slowly moved towards me.

I had a LARGE shiver run through my body, It wasn't as scary as I thought it would be as I new nothing could really hurt me, But in saying that if it lingered for a long time and became aggressive I could see the fear would increase.

As it got to my bedside I could make out but only a dark outline of a smallish person.

I could see and sense its presence but couldn't feel its purpose or feelings, This is the part that makes you nervous as you can normally sense everything in the NP, It wouldn't show its self so thats just uncomfortable, Plus I was stuck to the bed

I told it to leave and Hissed like a cat ! ( I don't no why, It just felt like this would scare it off ) , It worked; The Shadow took off upward and I returned to the physical.

Once back of-course I instantly wished I attacked the situation different and tried to communicate more with this presence, But instinct just takes over, At the time you want nothing more than this shady shadow to skedaddle!

Anyways was an interesting experience thought id share simply for your enjoyment,

I can tick that off the bucket list.

Cheers.   :-)

Awesome.

I like that you mentioned the significant difference between the intent and personality of the 'intruder' compared to that of those met during an 'actual' experience. They/it just seem to ooze a distinct foreboding that makes one feel utterly exposed and helpless. This of course turns into a self perpetuated situation of running scared of your own fear. Many times I used to enter SP then mid way through it think 'I bet this turns scary' and sure enough it would.

Yep If the personality was read as per normal i don't think it would be a scary situation at all.

Its funny hey it doesn't need to be scary though, The ONLY fear in life is the fear YOU create.

Total sense that last comment. You scare yourself.
A day or so ago I phased to the point of no physical awareness then stopped there. I started looking with more than a casual approach and saw cupboards doors and boxes sides of buildings.... These came and went as visualisations do but thought of nothing to create anything in particular. I did notice one thing in all of it. A white shadowy shape on the very left of my perception. First thoughts raced as usual in this state and it was a shadow being that was not so nice. I started to feel that scarey of the unknown feeling then got a hold of it. I've no idea what it was but it was very rigid in its location with all the other visualisations coming and going.
I told it to pssss off and scare someone who gives a sunshine.
Nothing happened at all. It was a patch of light. The room physically was totally dark so not a byproduct of our world.
Why do some people see it and scare themselves out of some fun. I suppose fear eventually loses its value when you finally realise the amount of fun thats out there. Tell them I'll be back, they soon run.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

Don't get down on yourself for missing the opportunity to talk to it this time. Just acknowledging the missed opportunity this time will help make sure you won't miss it the next time around.

SP can get out of control if your too fearful but there's little I can do about that in the moment. The fear leaves me quickly now but I usually miss these opportunities because I'm just usually happy to recognize what's actually happening.

If you can keep it together and not wake yourself up fully, experiences following a fearful SP episode can be amazing.
It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure that just ain't so.

Very true. A fearful deep state SP will create very strong long lasting OOBEs.
