So hi, once again I am here having a problem.

The problem is - that I had them vibrations once - only once, and I really can't seem to have them again. The question is - why? My mind doesnt think about problems, its relaxed and I am relaxed too. So I try, and I try, but still nothing. And no - I dont move any part of body during that. (first time and the last one when i got the vibrations was at morning) I tried doing that at the morning, but no, then at the middle of the night when i woke up, but still NO.

Any solutions, propositions or ways?

Please describe what do you do while waiting for the vibrations - thought wise?

I do close my eyes, I'm in a relaxed position and after each breath i count to 100 or from 100.

(first time i did same except for the counting)

The chances to trigger vibrations just by counting and relaxing are very slim. Also, if you are too awake, it wont happen either. Please use a specific technique that involves focusing your mind away from your physical body, to raise your inner frequencies. Aping would have been a mass phenomenon if it was as easy as being in a very relaxed state. It takes more than that. First, you need to practice a specific technique for some time in order to raise your inner energies to match with the astral ones.
I will give you my technique and you can choose to use it, or to select a different one. I use visualization/motion. Every night before bed I visualize that I am in a tropical island, walking on the beach, feeling the sand, touching sea shells, observing the surroundings, etc. That way you are sending so to speak your inner body away. If you are not good at visualization, you can imagine that you are running very fast. Feel the inner motion. Motion during half awake, half asleep works wonders in triggering vibrations. If I happen to wake up briefly during the nigh, I just stay still and start swaying my inner body, like my bed is a swing. Upon falling asleep the vibrations start. Now, that is another important factor, your brain waves must be diminished to a point of falling asleep. You cant be too awake and project, unless your case is one of the rare ones. So, practice a technique, do this for at least two to three weeks every night and you will start noticing the signs of an upcoming OBE. You may not experience vibrations necessarily. Everyone is different. But you will become aware one way or another and you just have to take control after that.

That's what I have been told that I don't have to necessarily experience vibrations, anyways - thank you LightBeam, been a nice help to me here!

Your last comment is very true.
In 50 years of non physical experiences I have had the vibrations around 7 times. 3 of these were forced.
They seem to be a side effect only. If they were necessary everyone would probably have them just to go to sleep.
To me they feel like hot water being dropped onto your body with a thousand volts of electricity mixed in.
Strangely pleasant.

Don't rely on them appearing. You may be like several of the members on this site. They are very rare.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

I used to get them all the time.  Then they came in too early in the trance.  Then they didn't come at all.  Then a few years ago I noticed them upon reintegration, late at night, and now, not even then.
I miss them.
Why?

The problem with waiting to feel the vibrations means that you are waiting on physical sensations. This means you're still focused on your physical body.

I'm sure you can see why this is a paradox.

Just do some mental rundowns and have no expectations. Rundowns are just short simulations that you imagine. Something like walking on a beach or in a forest. You should try and incorporate all of your senses when you do this.

Do that and the vibrations will come but when they do, try not to get too excited. Just acknowledge them and continue with your rundowns. As soon as you get stuck and can't imagine anything else for a particular situation, just move on to the first thing that pops up.

Good luck. BTW, feeling the vibrations are completely not necessary in order to project.

would respond yesterday, but when I clicked reply the website was lagging so ;_;

I probably wont be able to project at day, because I simply cant do those rundowns (cant imagine that I'm on an island).

And I really am saying truth here, at night I am able to imagine something. And one more question (probably a dumb one) - does for example visualization/motion is an exit method? I'm lost ^^.

Thanks for all the advice so far though!

Yes, visualisation/motion can be an an exit method.  I do it sometimes.
