Good day to all. I saw videos and articles which spoke about pineal gland calcification and offered advice on decalcifying pineal gland. I don't know if anything else calcifies pineal gland but I read that fluoride is the main reason people drink fluoridated water have calcified pineal gland. Articles and videos adviced on decalcifying pineal gland with proper nutrition but it was not noted what you can eat and what you can't because different nutrition must be accustomed to everyone.

I would like to know if calcified pineal gland has big influence on succedd of meditation and astral projection? I have tried twice or thrice to astral projecting but nothing happened and I just ended up undersleeping and waking up messed up. Couple of times I felt body shaking but was it really shaking? I could not determine.

I tried meditating and I got relaxed. I also tried meditation audio but it was decreasing and increasing to the point of being too loud and I could not concentrate. Maybe wrong audio for meditation? Currently I see meditation as a way to fall asleep but is this observation correct? Because I read that meditation must be used to relax body and also prepare it for astral projection. It's just that I get body relaxed and nothing beyond that to the point that meditation becomes boring. Maybe it is too early to tell?

To be honest, I don't think anyone knows the straight answer.

I think the fascination with and connection of the pineal to metaphysics started with Rene Descartes; Descartes assumed because the Pineal is the only structure in the brain that isn't divided into two mirrored halves, and is at the very center of the brain, that it must be where the soul interfaced with the body; of course we later found Descartes was wrong, because the pineal is divided into two halves in a less outwardly visible way that Descartes didn't perceive.

I would say that it probably doesn't affect meditation so much, because pretty most all westerners have flouride in their water, and the westerners here seem to have success enough with meditation.

But projection? I cannot say for sure, because there is so much involved in it... but I guess it also depends on what you think projection is.

To me, projection begins as a purely physical event, brought on by sleep paralysis, where our mind focuses away from body perception. I think it may perhaps procede onto something metaphysical from there, or so my experiences suggest to me.

A person who believed projection was purely physical might say it would have no effect; on the other hand, a person who believed both that projection was purely metaphysical (which I don't believe), and who furthermore believed the pineal was the facilitator (which I also doubt) might think the calcification was the major hindrance. But is all just that- belief. No one has tested it rigorously, so no one has the authority to say.

If you have only tried Astral Projection 3 times, then you cant blame things for such a short period of practice.

People take years to astral project, I myself have been practicing over 10 months now, with no success. I've been really really close yes but no cigar.

I have herd a lot about Pineal Gland to be one of the main things to enable you to discover the inter dimensional universe. As of decalcifying it, I would start straight away with mineral water, I have also herd a lot of Meditation with Binaural beats or some sort of brain wave audio tends to slowly decalcify it.

Keep practicing AP every day, 3 days is no where near enough to see progress.

No...

It is in your best interest to stay away from Fluoride.

I still use fluoride products only because every toothpaste in the supermarket contains fluoride.

I am not going out of my way to buy non-fluoride toothpaste.

I experience non-physical reality states daily.

China did some interesting test on the rumoured " Chinese super psychic kids".

They found when many of them hit puberty, the Pineal Gland started calcifying naturally and the psychic phenomena stopped.

But dont let that stop you from practicing.

Drunvalo Melchizedek talks quite a bit about that Chinese experiment on youtube.

Never forget the brain has neuroplasticity, if you have a weak pineal gland, the surrounding areas of the brain only get stronger to compensate.

If calcification was presenting a problem, us oldies at this wouldn't be around would we?

The world is'nt flat because they say so... look at the facts, the above point especially.
Too much nonsense in this calcification ....
