So, duh. I had a dream last night that I was laying on my brother's bed and then I felt like I took over control and the "screen" flashed and I felt my heart was beating hard... Then after some time I woke up.

Oh, and if I remember correctly I also in that dream was out of my body (or I'm mistaken).

So, what was it?

Actually, the question of LD versus ND is difficult to answer for a person who is not yourself.

Lucid means you know you are "dreaming" or "awake in NPMR" and you also remember your daily physical self.

You are the only one who can judge if you were lucid or not.

Just remember please, that there is not necessarily a binary discrete measuring of y/n --> lucid/not-lucid, but rather that it's a continuum between dream-consciousness (subconsciousness rules) and lucid consciousness. I remember many cases where I was lucid but not entirely. So it does make rather sense to assign %ages rather than say y/n (e.g. I was half lucid or 50% lucid).

But as said. Only you can tell for yourself. You are the best judge of your own conscious experience, after all.
