Hey all!
I have been practicing astral projection on and off for about 10-12 years now.
unfortunately more off then on, but will have time to train harder soon !

successful OBE's - 3
preteen - went to another planet as our planet was being destroyed.
teen - floated around the upper floor of the place i was living in
young adult - went to hell... or i guess the lower realms would be a better way of putting it . got tortured and everything but i will not let one bad experience ruin such an amazing thing!!

Successful vibes/motion sickness/noises/etc - Lost count.

p.s. the descriptions of my obe's are brief as at the moment that would be A lot to type. plan on sharing them at a later date!

Welcome to the Astral Pulse.

If there was one piece of advice I could provide to anyone... new or experienced... it's to forget all the labels you think you know and forget everything you've read on projection.
Nothing is as it seems.

and ya lol it's hard though when you are finally reaching the stages of seperation. lots comes to the fore front on what should be done... which technique, which method. visualizations, or something else. or to just let it flow all together n ignore techniques.
getting there though ^_^  made some more progress tonight!
