AP related questions

So i've started tryin' to AP for couple of days nw and everytime something new happens
EX:one time i felt like i'm spinning around ofc i wasn't moving i was on my bed and another time i felt like my arm and hand was moving upwards i felt like my actual hand is and when i opened my eyes my hands was still in their resting place and another time i saw wt's in front of me clearly but that was for a split of a second then it disappeared so is that really AP related stuff of just my mind playin' tricks on me since i'm a beginner and it takes time to feel anything moving
