Yeah! Have listened to it already a few years ago (as with the book read) and can recommend it to everyone here too (book and vid)!

Buhlman is such an inspirational writer and speaker. I really like this guy a lot.

His first book "Adventures Beyond The Body" was the first I read on the topic and it helped me a lot to do my first planned and conscious exit (which was amazing back then!). His second "Secret.." is very good too.
