Most amazing experience so far

I want to keep this short but, last night I had my most aware OBE I have ever had. I went to some city and I actually thought I had passed here because it was that real. The buildings... The lights. It was all perfect. I am not sure where I ended up. I specifically said "To my friend now" and nothing happened. Finally I found myself in an office full of people. I was aware but barley holding on. I want to thank Xanth for giving me these techniques to have more awareness. I tried them and they do wonders. I met my mom and my ex gf before I went to go see this being and they were both so supportive. Was it there other selves? Because at the time of the OBE everybody was wide awake at work. This was an afternoon experience. Funny when I found myself outside too it was pitch black! I guess none of this matters though. I have had my verification's so I don't care it was dark... I found myself back at that office looking at the window. My mouth open the whole time trying to remain aware.  kept thinking I had died because I was out for quite a while and surprised I held my awareness that long.

This being first talked to a guy who I know from a series on Youtube. I used to watch his "show" but it became super negative. He was calling this being names and didn't look happy. I thought about it and thought that maybe this is telling me to sty away from all that negative stuff. He then talked to another black man probably in his 60's and the being kept saying "I am helping you with your cancer but you need to work on all your stuff okay?" The other negative guy I know from youtube kept firing off at this being and the being never got mad just serious. He then turned to a celebrity I know from everybody loves raymond. The sitcom. At this point I was a little confused. He talked to him for a second. FINALLY he came over to me. He was a black man with some stubble... If I remember right wearing a white suit. He looked at me and smiled and said "Cody I know you are having a very hard time maintaining awareness and you are about to go back to the physical, but I wanted to say you are going to go far. You should be proud. I then saw wings come from behind him they were almost like energy wings. At the very last second he resembled the guy in bruce almighty who plays "god" I am not religious but it was still amazing. He gave me a hug and I started tearing up. I remember in that building I saw a picture with a rainbow that said "When you see these we are winking at you cody. You just aren't aware." I came back to in my physical reality here and had some headaches going on. I read this is normal sometimes. It went away right when I got up.

I went outside to sit in the sun and do some earthing. I have this thing where I said if I ever see a blue bird when I ask a question I am trying to find an answer on that is my guides helping me. I was sitting there grounding myself because I felt a little like I was about to levitate  I must have used a lot of energy last night. I have been having horrible head pressure almost like tension headaches. It seems to go away whenever I ground myself. I checked my crown chakra and third eye chakra and they are way overactive. To the point it was causing some head issues. I am perfectly healthy. I asked "I don't feel its eye strain I feel I need to ground myself more and my head pressure will go away." Right after I thought that a blue bird flew right in front of me.

This head pressure has been happening everynight. Stress is good... Anxiety has been better... I am not starring at computer screens as long as I used to... and it always happens at like 3 AM. I wake up from 5 hours of sleep and I have head pressure so bad as well as weakness. Not a headache... it feels like a band is around my entire skull squeezing it. I have landed in the ER with that feeling in the past and the doctors said it was stress. My hands were very warm too. I know what that is now but that doctor looked at me like I was nuts. i told him my hands were burning up (energy) and he looked at me like I was crazy.

So I am hoping if I see the sun more and work on my root chakra this head pressure and vertigo will get better! It seems to happen when I am ungrounded and it throws me into derealization sometimes. I read up on overactive crown and third eye chakras and I matched the symptoms perfectly so we will see. I am perfectly healthy so it's got to be energy related.

I just wanted to share! this was the most amazing experience so far. I am meditating daily now and keeping a dream journal too. It helps so much...

Don't be surprised if at sometime in the future you just 'know' what to do. It'll be NP related and a first, you simply know and it seems natural.
