Astral Project/Psychic Phenomenon

Hi everyone. I currently experience phenomenon which Im not exactly sure of maybe someone on here could set me straight or explain to me ?

I am open psychically to some degree, and I know psychic phenomenon isnt techinically astral projection, but I experience often - other peoples presences - not spirits,  alive people i know presences - but it would feel as though someone I know such as my brother who lives away from me  is in the room with me, and then id get a call from them or message from them a minute later. Im not sure if Im sensing it psychically or if that person is astral projecting to me. I suppose another question I have is is it possible for someone to astral project and not know that they are doing it? I feel it in particular with one person inparticular. i know sensing energy, clairvoyance, empathy, clairsentience etc is psychic ability and phenomena. I also feel there energy late at night and wonder if theyre dreaming of me and astralling to me that way.   I suppose my questions here are - Can someone astrally project to another place and not know they are doing it? Because it feels as though this particular person is literally in the room with me sometimes and theyre obviously physically not theyre at home or where ever they are on earth.  I sometimes hear their voice, before they call me or come over but im not sure if thats more a psychic thing. Im sorry to have a message that doesnt make much sense or have much order but these experiences really weird me out. Sometimes it feels like their thoughts also blend in or affect my thoughts and energy, sometimes i wonder because its so strong that this person is deliberately astral projecting to me and jst not telling me.  I myself havent fully astral projected i dont think? but i get a HECK of alot of sleep paralysis.

You are a sensitive one.
It happens constantly with many people, they have little to no memory of visiting someone. You may feel a presence and if you note the time it may help work out who. You may recieve some of the thoughts too. This should be asked as soon as you can to whomever you feel is the correct person visiting. Occasionally they may have had a dream that's remembered and give some details. It's possible they may be with you while they are awake. Typically a close bond exists and you know what they feel. It's also more likely that you have projected yourself unconsciously to them, this supplies you with info that can be verified.
My experiences with this are at times extremely strong and it's something I know the feel of. The event unfolds at a later time usually a few hours but has on occasion been instant. You know where and with who. The feelings that dominate the event are clearly known. The exact details are rare but they are never incorrect. All this is while Im wide awake doing my daily thing. Does this sound familiar?

It does indeed sound familiar. I had an experience recently where the thought of someone in particular popped into my mind. I suddenly thought, 'I wish they would ring me.' I then even turned my phone on loud, thinking i wasnt really sure why I turned it on loud; and then just walked away, a second later it started ringing. And it was the person I had been 'thinking' of. I looked down at the phone and freaked out. It just seemed FAR too weird. So was it me thinking or just them sending their thoughts. I wonder. I just dont necessarily know if its me tuning in or if thoughts coming from them or who ever it might be visiting. This was the same person I feel the prescence of alot. Id really like to know if it is me doing it because then Id feel more than a little sillyyyy for not realising that it was me doing it all along. ( wonder how i can figure this out?

Ive also had physical sensations just before they message me such as light headed ness or dizzyness.

Its what I call the 'knowing', you simply know and whatever it is happens.
It has saved a life or two in the past with a brother of a close friend.
It's a good thing when your driving too. I've stopped traffic a few times to see an idiot fly past on the road where a multiple pile up would have occurred.
I've asked friends at work about girl he met over the weekend and told him to check his e-mails a little later. The girl was interested and would send a mail. I told him it all started with something to do with gambling. His face was a picture, a quiet guy who kept his personal side to himself. The last time I saw him before saying this he knew nothing as did I about the girl.

Hi! the "knowing" feeling happens to me often also.  A friend will pop up in my mind and he/she will show up unannounced for that day.  I just have the feeling that I will see them when I think about that person.  However, this hasn't happened until last year when I discovered OBE.

I've had this 'sense' since birth I suppose, I've also projected since birth too, or as far back as I can remember that is.
I must have inherited something from my father, he's a 7th son of a 7th and I'm the first born which happened in a chapel of all places. Go figure...
Perhaps I cheated a little.
