I had some experiences - astral travel type ones a few days ago - I was scared by them and freaked out and said I dont want that to happen again to myself LOL!!!
They stopped happening.

But since then Ive decided and realised that I am READY for the astral world and im ready to expand and know whats out there and what beings are stronger than us. Im ready for it. I have overcome the fear.

Anyways to enduce astral travel in dreams?  I know now that the only thing that can really hurt or make u unsafe is mindset.
