2 OBE's This Morning using the Rope Technique

I had 2 OBEs this morning. I placed a mirror in front of my door cause i have trouble passing threw walls lol and it worked. I started scratching the walls to get more awareness. I heard my parents talking by the front door and tried to figure out why I couldn't see them. I then asked to see them, but I was only able to see my dad's shoes and pants. He was wearing grey slacks and silver shoes. After that I saw a animal guide that was a lion in my living room. Felt a tug and floated back into my body. I floated 3 feet above it and told my self not to panic lol. Successfully re entered it and woke up. After that I got up to see if my dad was wearing the grey slacks and silver shoes AND HE WAS!!!!

I did some energy work last night by raising sexual energy to the top of my head and then storing it in the dan tien. Don't know if this had anything to do with it. My meditations are pretty intense lasting 80 minutes. My body convulses with energy and my aura expands after wards. I'm going to post up some videos today explaining how I get out of body using sexual energy. It's a technique that I practiced and have tons of successful projections with it. It helps with past lives, astral sex, and more.
