Hey guys, it's me again, the guy who keeps thinking he's got a method, and then coming back weeks later because his mind has gone "HAHA NOPE" on his new technique, and then loses interest for a few weeks, and then comes back to ask a question because he thinks he found something new. Last night I started getting pre-exit symptoms when I happened to start day dreaming about falling out of a plane with a parachute. This caused some kind of adrenaline, like what I feel when I look at Blackpool tower (might wanna Google that) and then it started happening, but it was a surprise so I didn't end up focusing on the vibes. But is this the technique people talk about when they talk about imagining yourself falling? Because of the fear of heights?

When I imagine myself climbing down a later I don't really feel anything, same for the rope method. So is jumping out of a plane in my imagination the way forward?

Thanks guys

The rope climbing, ladder climbing, falling hopscotching etc... Is all just to focus you conscience in something other than the physical senses. The problem with trying all these methods is that you are expecting something to happen and just because it doesn't work you get discouraged. As soon as I quit trying at night, relaxing in the am and letting it happen everything changed. Forget the methods. Wake up early, lay back in bed, get comfy, and focus on your breathing. You may star dreaming in and out but since you are rested your mind won't fall completely into the dream.

My first real AP and the 3 after happened at 430am, I was on my stomach, and wasn't even trying but I found myself all primed and aware. Made it a piece of cake.

I used to always get those late night symptoms that never amounted to anything...

How long do you usually sleep before doing it? I'm currently back to these issues:

1: Pigeon which should f*cking die, squarking ridiculously loudly outside my room
2. I don't know if I'm timing it wrong, is it possible that waking up after 3 hours will still make me tired/relaxed enough to do it?
3. Is getting up and pressing the stop button on my alarm a good idea, or is it better to have my alarm next to me?

Hey JD
1, ROFLMAO it's mother nature strutting her stuff. Ok it may be a flying rat dishing out grief but it's only doing what it's supposed to do. Find a time thats more suitable, ratty will sleep too, no poisions or purchasing a gun, bad move...
2, play with this one.
3, scrap the alarm, it's a 'get into physical mode' indoctrination. Wake when your body tells you this is slower and if you are quick enough to recognise the phasing back to physical, you can reverse this and be out.

The anger issue on everything getting in the way doesn't exist. You are becoming too sensitive to things preventing progress. Change this mindset to finding things that promote progress. When things are in line they work automatically.
Square peg, square hole, it only fits if aligned doesn't it?
Mother nature will do what she does automatically. This includes your successful exit.
Have a think on this. The answer is staring you in the face.
Close your eyes and you'll see it.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.
