Sorry if this has been asked before. I was just curious if there are any forum members who does this consciously everynight? If not every night then atleast 4-7 times weekly.

I know that we all do it on a subconscious level.

Constantly at lunchtime for a few years, back in the mid 80's. And nightly for most nights from 64 to 66.
Any reason for the question?  :-D
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

Once you learn it's as easy a "shifted state of mind", yes you can AP "almost" every time.

I have conscious LDs every night as well. That's just an extension of an AP that begins when you aren't fully consciously aware of it yet.

that's awesome. I wish I could AP everynight :(

Not sure what triggers my AP experiences, but it happen mostly in the middle of the night

I would say it has everything to do with your conscious and even deeper subconscious intent that you have created to do this.

Your higher being just finds that you might find it more "comfortable" if it occurred in the middle of the night.

Try nightly mental suggestions to help deepen that intent. They really work. It could be something as easy as "I am CONSCIOUSLY AWARE in my Dreams, "KNOWING" that I am indeed Dreaming. Because of this I LEARN FROM and ENJOY them. I also am left with FULL MEMORY RECALL of them."

The capitalized words can be visually seen for added effect. You always want to state something like this a "fact". Don't use words like I wish or I want to. See that it is already happening, But that you are still stating this to reinforce the idea further.
