A full day with Led Zeppelin

Last night, or should I say this morning I had the most incredible NP experience. I became conscious while following a group of people. It seems we were in England and were going into the doors of an auditorium. I was then led backstage and to my surprise it was Led Zeppelin that was the band playing.

From what I was viewing it seemed that Led Zeppelin had returned to their native country England following a World Wide Tour. There was a huge number of fans in line (as you would expect), but also there was an number of people that were proponents of the group. This was interesting seeing this.

Anyways, my duty as I found out was to film the entire concert and outside scene. At least I felt like I was doing that. The concert was awesome.

Jimmy Page, Robert Plant, John Bonham and John Paul Jones all were great guys and were comical.

Now, I have never seen Led Zeppelin live, outside of watching a few songs/you tube videos from their recent "Reunion". I did though have tickets for the next concert date in Detroit, but John passed on before that. They were the only concert tickets that you had to purchase by mail and there was a 2 ticket maximum. The price was $18 per.

This was one of my best NP experiences I have had in awhile now. Almost all of the other ones I have are built on learning some new skill or retrieving someone, which has a special feeling of it's own. But this one was just for pure enjoyment.

I was Lucid during the entire concert. The fact that I was such a "fanboy" (still am) of this group was enough to anchor me for hours.

I created a thread last year I think it was where I was enjoying another concert scenario. But that one has slipped my mind. I need to go back and find it in my books.

Sounds great! I'm not a huge Led Zeppelin fan, but they really were fantastic musicians. At their peak I think they were one of the best rock and roll bands ever. One of my favorite performances was at the Royal Albert Hall in 1970. Especially "Whole Lotta Love" and "Communication Breakdown". The energy level is just off the hook.

To me, that year seems to be their peak. Too bad John passed away much too early, I think he was the best drummer of all time.

Anyway, sounds like a fantastic experience. So what songs did they play? I think Robert Plant's voice was kind of burned out after about '72 but hopefully he sounded good. I think I'm jealous  :-D

They did all their best songs. It was a full at least 2-3 hour concert. It's so hard to tell time in the NPR. The last song of course being "Stairway to Heaven".

What was really unique though was being out in the crowd and seeing the crowd's craze for them. Well at least most of the crowd. Across the street was the band's detractors and picketers.

I just found my last thread here based on some kind of Musical concert scenario.

If I could just put in a next request it would be for some Pink Floyd!  :-D

Excellent in all aspects Lion.
It should have been shared, I unfortunately was in China doing my thing with some crimelords. Successfully of course.
No more moby willy then, no one could ever beat the original...
If Floyd comes up, I want to be there too. That would be the best of the best.
Stuff the verifications... :-D
There's far more where the eye can't see.
