I get this feeling every time I try reaching focus 10(body asleep, mind awake). It might be the etheric body moving around, but I'm not sure. But I projected consciously for the first time this morning(!!!), and I found that the spinning was pretty seperate from the projection-process. I suggest you read my post at the "experiences" forum-header. There you will see what I mean, as I did feel the spinning sensations just after going to bed and trying to induce focus 10.

Hello there,
can anyone explain to me, what it is when im lying in bed and i close my eyes and i feel as though im spinning round and round, one way then another all different directions. its a good feeling i just dont know what it is. Is this the start of an astral projection.
help please.
