Seeing things

Hi all, when your eyes are closed and you start seeing things as you know that is a sign you can ap.   When that happens does your mind feel more relaxed than normal?    The reason I am asking is because I do not think my mind always relaxes.    Therefore I can get no signs and fall asleep.   If this is the case I will have to be more alert and pay attention and notice when my mind starts dreaming.   Thanks for your reples

I am not a pro, though I have had many successful projections, and I will do my best to help!

Usually I get funny visuals too, don't worry it's normal, and it's normal for your mind to be active or relaxed.
Though I suggest trying to tune out the thoughts because they may be keeping you from totally falling asleep, do you think that's the problem?
If so, what can you do to tune out the thoughts but stay alert?
If not, why else do you think you're having a hard time falling asleep while keeping alert?
What do you think you can do to help?

Projection is different for everyone! I'm sure there will be more helpful answers for you, and I hope this helped at least a little!

Hi all, I have been thinking about my question and an answer came to me this morning.    When my eyes are closed I occasionally see things and my mind is not relaxed.   What I mean by relaxed is my mind is relaxed but it becomes extremely relaxed.   I cannot explain it better than that.   This is good news for me because now I know that I have to be aware that I might see things as well.   I cannot be too focused on what my mind is feeling otherwise I can miss not doing the ap.

 Suzy, you should watch/listen to this video and do what he says.

In the first 1/2 hour he shows you how to reach Focus 3. In the second he brings you into Focus 10. This is a great video to use for "rehashing" your skills.

I use it often, just for a "tune up".

Hi all, I am getting better.   Unfortunately it takes time.   I notice when my mind gets a little relaxed then I know I am about to ap.   I kept going to places again and again.   The problem was I kept going back to my breathing which I know was a mistake.   I kept going back into my body.   Now I am prepared so hopefully next time I will not do that.   When my mind gets feels extremely relaxed I know I am about to ap as well.   If I did not notice my signs I fall asleep.
