Hi everyone. This is my first post. I have a huge desire to have a skill in Astral Projection. I have been doing mental exercise to boost the skill. But I get hungry too quickly after doing the mental excercise. Very frustrating! Do you get that a lot? I would feel like very light after doing the mental excercise. Are there other ways besides doing a mental excercise to boost the skill?

P.S. I am seeking friends with Astral travelers!!!

I guess so.  I mean, you're expending some energy doing so... I wouldn't think it would have much effect on your hunger.
But with that said... I don't understand why you can't just ignore it?  When you get hungry, do you immediately stop practicing and go eat?

Sounds like you have your first challenge... self control.

Diet. I understand where your coming from. I think the issue maybe dietary. It sounds like your having blood sugar fluctuations that lead to a false hunger. Knock off all startches and sugar and most dairy. Diet should be 80% non starchy vegetables and at least half that raw leafy greens.  Dairy milk in limited quanatities as in no more than 2 cups a day and no weird milk. knock off cheese and yogurt for a bit.  Cut back on high sugar fruit for a few days. Thats fruit that's really sweet like tropical fruits and grapes. eggs are okay meat's okay but stick to light naturally low fat types of meat like fish.  Think of meat as flavoring for your vegetables rather than a main course. I suggest melon for breakfast and possibly a boiled egg.
When you add back the fruit use it as a snack in limited quantities. The pyramid .. on the bottom leafy greens things like broccoli, peppers, cabbage brussel sprouts kale, so brassica and pepper families next other vegetables tomatoes, zucchini, marrow, onions ect.  Then fruit next up
lean meat and eggs in small quantities and finally oils. Milk cheese and yogurt in very limited quantities.  I mean plain yogurt too not the gooey desert stuff.
Hunger goes away after a few minutes. It comes in waves and so if you wait a bit the sensation will be gone.

When I have an empty stomach (or nearly empty) it is easier for me to project so this may not be a bad thing.

Bluefirephoenix,
I read your post. After reading your answer, I stopped eating candies and drinking cokes. I feel better now. Thanks.
