Shocked Feeling I Received in OBE

I have had several OBE's in the past 5 years. I have only tried once intentionally the others are spontaneous. I fe1l asleep on my couch one day and traveled 'somewhere'. I was in a realm with no colors and the figures were dark. It looked like some type of outer space-like setting to me. I 'buzzed' around (this is how I felt). A dark figure in the shape of a lean man ran into me. I felt this sensation that ran though my entire being. I can not explain. It felt wonderful, like nothing I have ever felt before. I don't have much to compare it too. Fear went through me and I went back into myself. I then came back out & began chasing the 'man'. I heard a voice tell me to stop 'chasing each time'--I don't know what that meant. I went back to my body. This time I could see myself on the couch and I zoomed into my face and came back in through my forehead I think. I always wondered if anyone ever felt what I felt.

Did you feel like you were in a giant cavern or large hall?
If so this is the 3D blackness or void to label it. You do feel a tranquility too that words fail to explain sufficiently.
Normally you are floating around, with a little thought you can be on a floor of sorts.
The words you heard you need to do in most cases. These will make sense.
The guy you met could have been anything from a guide to a manifested entity. Guides generally have a feeling of pure love around them. They seem to radiate this, there's no mistaking it, you seemingly know instinctively.

It was a large setting. It didn't seem like a closed setting. It was in 3-D with dark images and the only light that I saw looked blue-ish.

Hey I had the same experience last night. I was in a dark place and there was this person who was humming a  song. It was really creepy but I kept venturing out. I was somewhere in my town though and then I started to see blue sparks of electricity everywhere. Then my brain felt like it was surging with electricity. After that I woke up and I was making panic noises. I like woke up before my body. Sort of another OBE.

You explained it, it was like a shock of electricity but really strong, undoubtedly real. The feeling felt wonderful (I don't have a word that describes it better because it was other worldly).
