How long do OBE's last?

Today I had my first ACTUAL A.P and it only felt like 10 seconds before I got disconnected. How long does your OBE last?

Hi and welcome to the Pulse.

Obe's do have to be referenced in our time (the physical world) against their time (wherever you are in the non physical (NP)).

Our time I'd say from a few mins to perhaps an hour or more.
Their time is hours and this can stretch into years on occasions. Generally it's a day or two.

My earliest ones were percieved as an hour or so their time. That's a calculated time from the visited places I frequented from the distance there and back.
This was decades ago before I started nursery.

Pretty damn variable actually. Most of my recent experiences have been extended from lucid dreams, as I am going to bed exhausted and need the sleep. Typical ones will last maybe 10-20 minutes. But they can get MUCH longer. There seems to come a time when the perception of how long has passed in the experience doesn't match up with how much time passed in the physical world. I have had experiences that seem to last literal weeks. One that I had this year found me in a sort of "school" environment, wondering if I had become trapped there, or if I was perhaps actually dead. Usually you can get back if you want... but it is a big world out there, and lots of things happen out of the norm.

Ah, Looks like I still need a lot of practice with OBE. Thanks just wanted to know the possibilities

from 30 seconds, to a few minutes, to 5 mins, to 10 mins, and once I had about a 30 minute OBE, at least it seemed like it. I think the more experience you are, the longer you can stay in. I also have this theory that the more you meditate and spiritually evolve, the longer you could OBE. but that takes a lot of work.
