Illustrations of Astral Projection

Seems I had to create another topic.

Just a small question: I wonder if among travelers to the Astral, there are people who on return have tried to make depictions of the scenes they have experienced there out of recollection? Sort of like artist reporters before photography was invented.

I ask because if I google for "astral plane" in images, a plethora of various and fantastic art emerges, but how am I to know if these are attempts at genuine depictions or just the fanciful imagination by other people who have never visited the Astral Plane?

Post some links as to what you assume to be correct.
I'm sure many here will give their opinion on the chosen images.
Most often the sights percieved are very similar to that observed in the physical.
Reading some experiences will give an impression of this.

If you go on the website -Multidimensional Man, and click on 'super-dimensional realities' and all it's subheadings, you can see his art depicting the realities he's been to.  Kinda cool!

Well, let's just say I don't think these would fit the bill (yesterday I actually think I saw even better candidates at not being the genuine item or intended to be that for that matter):

They look great and I'm not saying some locations on the astral plane wouldn't be similar in "feel". It's just that I think the images contain or derive too much of pop culture iconography to be the "documentary" renditions I am after. There would be others that don't feel right for other reasons.

The last link could be real enough if the colours were adjusted to 'as expected' normality.
It'd look like the top of a wet building, when being chased or chasing someone/thing.

If you go to the Astral Chat Forum, then to Member's Artwork, then to page 9 (currently), scroll down halfway and you will find some pieces by Summerlander which I can identify with as very genuine representations of NP experiences that mostly defy verbal description: Wierdos in the Phase, Phantom Limbs, stages of etheric/astral exit (my title), Mirror Reflection (which is very close to what I experienced on my first mirror observation [freaky!] what Szaxx calls the meatsack), Focus 1 Experience (excellent), More Madness.

IMO, all very good translations of the experience.
