To be honest i dont think time exists at all all this world is matter,particles,energy becouse all it feels like is time is staying at one specific time and all that happens is that everything updates its self like a parallel universe

It all depends upon perspective.

From one perspective, it definitely exists... or else you would experience everything all at once.  Birth, life, death... all at the same time.  Who can learn like that? 
Time exists to allow us to have choices, and consequences for those choices.  This is how you learn.  This is how you grow.

Now, from a different perspective... there isn't anything as the "past" or "future".  The only thing in this perspective that exists is *NOW*.  You can never experience anything beyond *NOW*.
