Anyone here have really bad tinnitus yet can still astral project? If you don't, do you know of someone that does?

Thanks.

I have pretty bad tinnitus and I project.  A few times I even think it has helped me.  I used it as a focus point while phasing.

I have tennitis too. It doesn't bother me. Energy sounds can get quite loud if you can hear them. That can be a bit of an annoyance as well. Just relax acknowledge the noise and focus your attention on going deeper.

Yeah, I've had it for nearly seven years. Some in the left ear, more in the right; like a field of crickets and tree frogs on a summer night, plus a high frequency tone to top it off. Thought it would drive me insane the first year. Like soarin suggested, I managed to use it for a focal point once and found an exit...
Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.

About 2 years for me. It doesn't help/hinder projection which is mainly sporadic wilds but it fascinates me that as Paul72 pointed out on another thread so many of us here have it

Wow I wouldn't have thoughts so many people here would have tinnitus and even use it to project. I shouldn't let that get me down then. Though I must admit my tinnitus is pretty bad.

Thanks for the replies.

I have tinnitus really bad and lots of ear popping and pressure issues in my ear but sometimes I feel like the ringing actually helps me to focus more if I just concentrate on that.

for me, my tinnitus definitely helps me focus. I only have it mild though.
