100 OBE techniques, where is this Xanth?

Hi Xanth I read that you wrote out something about 100 astral projection techniques. I was wondering where that is at. I posted this here for myself and anyone else that want it. Thanks.

I can't find it.  Seems to be gone now.

It was a list that someone else wrote.  Not me. 

Once you realize HOW all of these, supposedly different techniques work, you can then use that knowledge to design your own, unique, more effective technique for yourself.

Thanks for the link Volgerle, and thanks to the rest of you guys. I know that I have seen videos by Vieira, Waldo, M.D. he's a very experienced projector. I might get that book from the library.

If you want to read a more 'condensed' version of Vieira's work then read Luis Minero's excellent book:

He is also member of the "International Academy of Consciousness" which was founded by Vieira. His work is generally more accessible and also contains methods on how to achieve OBE.

Waldo Vieira has done more than almost anyone to advance astral projection research and acknowledgement. He has made it into a science. First by defining all the different aspects of astral projection. I really need to get his book or someone for IAC world that really understands astral projection.
