Hey there astral pulse community. My name is Thomas. I found this site fairly recently, but seeing as you guys have posted a magnitude of great info I figured I'd join, so here I am. A little bit about myself... I'm an avid guitarist, and a martial artist since I could walk (literally), and as far as spiritual practice goes, I wouldn't say I'm a newbie, but I'm far from experienced. Part of my martial arts training was meditation (couple different ways too), so I'm familiar with that, and I've been attempting to obe for a few months on my own with no successful attempts. Anyway, I'm glad to be here, and I'm looking forward to new experiences here

I am relatively new to AP also. Lots of useful info here in the archives. Just a tip, the "stickies" near the top of each topic heading (e.g., welcome to ...) are a good place to start. The stickies have been selected and organized by the veterans here at AP (e.g., the five star people).
