I need to have sleep paralysis

I haven't had an OBE in a few months now, I haven't been trying much either but I think it's time to get back at experiencing again.  I used to have many episodes of sleep paralysis as a kid but as an adult it was maybe once or twice per month and now once in a while.  Are there any techniques for having sleep paralysis?  I remember I would have them as I laid on my side but I don't know if that would be a factor, anyone knows a good method?

Thanks

Hello mcdwg. I experience some great OBEs due to sleep paralysis, still today. I don't need to initiate SP though. I just spontaneously awaken in it and see it through.

But a former member here named Bedeekin created a sticky that can be found here that explains a pre nap/pre sleep technique that will normally induce full Sleep Paralysis. I have used it in the past, but found that it only worked when it was done sporadically. Meaning, you can't do a pre nap every night and induce SP. Your body begins to get used to that schedule and won't be thrown out of balance like it is does when you do a pre nap/pre sleep once in awhile.

You do not have to have sp to ap.   I have not had sp for years and I ap.

I have never experienced sleep paralysis associated with AP.

And I could count the number of times I've had SP in my 30 years of sleeping on one hand.

Try something different. Hit up Xanth's website and try some phasing or something.
be awesome.

I'm just weird, It's like wanting to have that rush as you go down the roller coaster, now that I know what it is I kind of enjoy it but yes you are right and in fact I have had ap's without sleep paralysis.  I would go into vibrations suddenly and go into a lucid dream or an AP.

Thanks for the reply

Thanks for the reply I've actually tried phasings before and it has worked a few times, it's awesome to be in a 3d environment within the blackness but the last few times I've tried I have fallen asleep.  Anyways like i said in my last response it's like I miss having sleep paralysis, it's like being in a roller coaster, a bit of a rush.  Thank you again for the reply
