I did hundred of OBE. never been able to control much of any thing....but it seem to me ! I have a friend on they other side!!! prayer before falling  a sleep seem to help!
 I ask GOD they other day ? were do angel live? one of my teacher ask me that ?I just did not know i say!...then i pray for they answer?..to my surprise they answer came in this forum..when one of us say ! as he was obe ..he saw saw a city in the sky floating city of light!! oh my GOD ..just like the bible talk about a floating city w/ being of plasma energy
 i we united as one we can become what ever we want
help me save earth from killer earthling poluter thx

A cry for help!!!!

I need float out of my body
I feel vibrations right down to my toes
But as soon as this vibration happens
The feeling just fades and then goes

I'm a keen and enthused needy pupil
If someone is willing to teach
A technique for the art of projection
for my spirit is stuck like a leach

So please give some help with this matter
My hour of need is at hand
If your floating around doing nothing
