Controlling physical and astral body

So this morning I was awoken early and awake for about 1.5 hours until I could focus on getting back to sleep. I noticed that I could control both my physical and astral body, if you will. This happened a few weeks before but not to the same extent. I could have rolled out if I wnated to at any time at that moment.  I could also control my physical body in-between. I  did of course try to roll out as of "dry periods" of obs and that kind of stuff. It seems that something happened to my stomach every time I was about to roll out? Happened a few weeks before when I could control both bodies. I didn't wanna continue roll out because it felt as if I would hurt my physical body's stomach. But still felt good having this opportunity.

Any thoughts or anyone with similar things? It seems being on this forum more recently even due to my OBE absent triggered this.

This morning or well sometime I became aware in-between sleep and awake somehow. I increased "that" high pitch sound for as long as I could until it sounded like a spaceships loudness.... I was thinking I wouldn't try and leave my body until I could either see some hallucogenic images or see through my eye lids or feel a release of some sort. Even though I probably could have left at the start I wnated to try and increase my consciousness before-hand. This high pitch sound kind of reached a climax or exploded or something not sure dont remember the last part clealy now. Something kind of happened at this moment, but then I lost everything somehow? Maybe I should have left my body earlier :/ Well at the end of the high pitch sound I remeber seeing a letter not an earthly one from what it seems. It almost looked like and "h" but the end is now blurry to me. Felt great being in this state again though.
