What's a body without a mind.

It has been said that when you gain wisdom then the powers automatically serve you.

So my advice to you is that you first do mind and then body development.

Well, if you have been energy raising/developing a bit for the last few weeks, you might be a bit burned out.  This happened to me about a month after I started energy development I kinda just crashed down.  My suggestion is to stop energy development exercises either until you feel strong again, or about a week has passed.  You might also want to cut back on "strenuous" physical activity during this time.  A bit of jogging won't hurt, but try to stay off of any wieght training or pushups.  Also, cut back on physically exhausting sports like basketball and football(soccer).

It took me about 5 days to get back to normal, and after that I started back in with NEW and felt even better than before.  I haven't had any trouble since then.

If you've already tried this I suggest you follow ram's advice for the time being.

Hey...hey... It's Vikram.[8D]

Actually, Ram is the name of one of the forms of Lord Vishnu, A Hindu God.

So, thanks for making me godly.[8D]

Oh, and yes, there is a possibility of a Burnout if yu have done excessive energy work or it can be that you have lost a lot of energy and need to replenish it.

So pay heed to what I had said earlier.

After then if you feel replenished they you can go on with your body work.

After all as I said before, what's a body without a mind.

lately ive been weaker.

i just played some ball yesterday and it was my WORST game ever. i missed almost EVERY shot i took.

also, im having trouble doiong my push ups.

if i have to choose between mind and body developement, it will be a tough choice...
